- 160 g Spaghetti No. 5
- 200 g Bolognese sauce
- 20 g grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, to taste
Method
- In a large pot, bring plenty of salted water to a boil. Add the spaghetti and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Reserve about ½ cup of pasta cooking water before draining.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat the Bolognese sauce in a large skillet over medium heat until it is hot and bubbling.
- Once the spaghetti is cooked and drained, add it to the skillet with the Bolognese sauce. Pour in the reserved pasta water to help the sauce coat the spaghetti. Stir well and cook for an additional minute, allowing the pasta to absorb some of the sauce.
- Serve the Spaghetti Bolognese hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese.
