Ingredients
- 1 small cabbage (~500g), finely shredded
- 1 medium carrot, julienned or grated

- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds (optional)
- Salt to taste
For the Dressing:
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
Method
- Prepare the vegetables: Finely shred the cabbage and sprinkle with a little salt. Gently massage the cabbage with your hands to soften it. Julienne or grate the carrot and dice the bell pepper. Chop the green onions.
