Ingredients

  • 150g fresh or frozen spinach (thawed and drained if frozen)

  • 1 tbsp oil for frying
  • 1 onion, chopped

Method

  3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Sauté the chopped onion until softened, then add the spinach and cook for a few more minutes.
