Ingredients
- 400-500g potatoes
- 200g cucumbers
- 2 eggs
- 3-5 green onions
- 3-5 sprigs of fresh dill
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt to taste
Method
- Start by boiling the potatoes in salted water until they are tender, which typically takes about 20-25 minutes after boiling begins. Once cooked, drain and let them cool.
- In a separate pot, boil the eggs for about 10 minutes. After cooking, transfer them to cold water to cool down.
- Wash the cucumbers and chop them into small cubes.
- Rinse the fresh herbs and finely chop the green onions and dill.
- Once cooled, peel the eggs and cut them into cubes.
- Peel the cooled potatoes and also cut them into cubes.
- In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and mustard together to create the dressing.
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, eggs, potatoes, and chopped herbs.
- Add the dressing to the bowl and season with salt to taste. Gently mix all the ingredients together.
