Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag frozen spinach (thawed and chopped)
  • 1 can marinated artichoke hearts (chopped)
  • 120g cream cheese (Philadelphia or similar)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 garlic clove (crushed)
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano
  • 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, crushed garlic, chili sauce, Parmigiano Reggiano, and mozzarella.
  3. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, smoothing it evenly.
