Ingredients
- 1/2 bag frozen spinach (thawed and chopped)
- 1 can marinated artichoke hearts (chopped)
- 120g cream cheese (Philadelphia or similar)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 garlic clove (crushed)
- 1/2 teaspoon chili sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano
- 1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- In a large bowl, mix together the spinach, artichoke hearts, cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, crushed garlic, chili sauce, Parmigiano Reggiano, and mozzarella.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish, smoothing it evenly.
