Ingredients
- 150-200g mango
- 1-2 green bell peppers
- 50g sprout mix (or mung bean sprouts)
- 1 cucumber
- 3 sprigs of cilantro
- Chili pepper (to taste)
- Juice of ½ lime
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method
- Cut the cucumber and green bell pepper into thin strips, and slice the chili pepper into thin rings.
- Peel the mango and slice it into thin pieces.
- Prepare the dressing by mixing sesame oil, soy sauce, and lime juice in a small bowl.
